How does it work? How can I buy my photos?
You gain access to your photos by entering your personal 10-digit code and selecting the photos you wish to download or print. Then you pay on our bank's secure server.
Can I share my photos with my friends?
Yes, of course! Click on the "Share with a friend" button and let us know your friends' email addresses. We'll send them a code that'll give them access to your photos . Their email address will be used on a one-time only basis to inform them that your photos are online for them to see.
How long will my photos be available on the site?
The photos are available on the site for a two-month period. After the two-months we may be able to manually search for a photo in our archives, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to successfully locate it.
We strongly recommend you save your photos (and your other files) on external backups (CD's, DVD's), Simply storing files on a hard drive can lead to loss of data. You may also ask Lamapix to create a CD for you.
What photo format do you use?
The photos are saved as 4 megapixel resolution JPEG's.
This high resolution will allow you to print high quality photographs.
Can I obtain my photographs in a higher resolution format?
We cannot guarantee that we can fulfill individual requests. However, you may let us know your request by email. include the series number as well as the photo number. If we are able to fulfil your request we will inform you of the applicable additional fee. Mail : support@lamapix.com
Is your payment system secure?
Yes ! We use the payment system offered by our bank, the SOCIETE GENERALE. Payments made through its servers are fully secure. We will never know your credit card number. We are only informed by the bank when you have successfully made a payment and when the bank has accepted the paymnet.

Should I be worried about my private pictures being seen by others?
These photos are only available after a unique, personal 10-digit code has been entered. The odds that someone may accidentally see your photographs are one in 3,656,158,440,062,980!
What's more, in the event a code entered accidentally should happen to be yours, there's never any identifying information (name, place name, date) accompanying any photograph.
